To order a Transcript of a hearing, please:
- Complete and save the Transcript-Multimedia Order Form in PDF format
- Transcripts may be ordered on the following bases:
- 30-Day Transcript (Ordinary)
- 14-Day Transcript
- 7-Day Transcript (Expedited)
- 3-Day Transcript
- Next-Day Transcript (Daily)
- 2-Hour Transcript (Hourly)
- Realtime Transcript
- For expedited, 7-day, 3-day, Next-day and Realtime transcript requests, you must contact the Court Clerk's office one week in advance of the hearing in order for us to coordinate transcription services.
- Go here for transcription rates and description of the different transcripts.
- Preparation time does not begin to run until a deposit is paid to the transcriptionist.
- Transcripts may be ordered on the following bases:
- File the PDF in the case using the event Bankruptcy or Adversary > Notices or Other > Transcript Order
- Await assignment of a transcriptionist
- Pay deposit to the transcriptionist.
To order a Multimedia File of a hearing, please:
- Complete and save the Transcript-Multimedia Order Form in PDF format
- File the PDF in the case using the event, Bankruptcy or Adversary > Other > Request for Multimedia File
- You can pay the fee ($32.00 per hearing) in person, by mail or by using Pay.gov, (pay.gov instructions here)
- Once the fee is paid and the Multimedia File is prepared, you will receive an email with a link to download the files.
