Noticing Information

Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing:

Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing, or EBN, refers to a group of electronic services available from the Bankruptcy Noticing Center that federal courts can use to send bankruptcy notices to attorneys, creditors, and trustees.

The following methods are available for recipients to receive notices:  Internet email Link and EDI.  Internet e-mail Link is for recipients who want the ease of retrieving notices through a link by email.  EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is for high-volume recipients (200+ notices a week) who want to automatically process data. Click on the following link to view details on both types of Notice Options:  https://bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov/overview.
