The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma will be upgrading its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) software to NextGen 1.7.1.1.

To install this upgrade, the Court’s CM/ECF system will be unavailable for electronic filing beginning Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 9 AM (CDT) through Noon (CDT).  E-filers will NOT be able to file electronically while we make this upgrade and should plan accordingly.  For emergency filings during this time, attorneys and the public may use our Electronic Document Submission System online filing system program (EDSS).
