Filing Fee Refund Policy
Filing fees will be refunded only after filing an Application Requesting Refund and docketing of an Order signed by the assigned judge approving the refund.
Due to the cost of processing a request for refund of filing fees, only refunds totaling Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) or more will be processed.
