Transcript-Multimedia Order Form

To order a Transcript of a hearing, please:

  • Complete and save the Transcript-Multimedia Order Form in PDF format
    • Transcripts may be ordered on the following bases:
      • 30-Day Transcript (Ordinary)
      • 14-Day Transcript
      • 7-Day Transcript (Expedited)
      • 3-Day Transcript
      • Next-Day Transcript (Daily)
      • 2-Hour Transcript (Hourly)
      • Realtime Transcript
      • For expedited, 7-day, 3-day, Next-day and Realtime transcript requests, you must contact the Court Clerk's office one week in advance of the hearing in order for us to coordinate transcription services.
      • Go here for transcription rates and description of the different transcripts.
      • Preparation time does not begin to run until a deposit is paid to the transcriptionist.
  • File the PDF in the case using the event Bankruptcy or Adversary > Notices or Other > Transcript Order
  • Await assignment of a transcriptionist
  • Pay deposit to the transcriptionist.

To order a Multimedia File of a hearing, please:

  • Complete and save the Transcript-Multimedia Order Form in PDF format
  • File the PDF in the case using the event, Bankruptcy or Adversary > Other > Request for Multimedia File
  • You can pay the fee ($32.00 per hearing) in person, by mail or by using Pay.gov, (pay.gov instructions here)
  • Once the fee is paid and the Multimedia File is prepared, you will receive an email with a link to download the files.

A MULTIMEDIA FILE IS NOT AN OFFICIAL RECORD OF A COURT PROCEEDING
