Effective December 1, 2020, the Clerk’s Office for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma will issue only one corrective entry regarding a deficiency in a filing.  The corrective entry will provide filers seventy-two hours to correct the deficiency.  If the deficiency is not corrected within seventy-two hours, the document will be stricken.  Our prior practice had been to issue two corrective entries, with each one providing seventy-two hours to correct the deficiency.
