Reopen Clerk's Office Intake Counter

Effective February 22, 2021, we reopened the Clerk’s Office intake counter.  Hours are noon to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If attorneys have documents to submit to the Bankruptcy Court, they should use CM/ECF.  If non-attorneys have documents to submit, they can (i) turn them in at the front counter, (ii) mail them, (iii) place them in our drop box located immediately outside the Clerk’s Office, or (iv) use our Electronic Document Submission System.  Our mailing address is
