Friendly Reminder:

Starting December 1, 2024, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma will transition from using AT&T to Microsoft Teams for conducting telephonic hearings. Previously, filers were provided with a fixed phone number and a fixed phone conference ID to join these hearings.

Moving forward, while you will still receive a fixed phone number, the phone conference ID will vary for each hearing. Both the phone number and unique phone conference ID for each hearing will be included in the Court generated PDF document that sets the hearing details.

When requesting a hearing date from chambers, the party requesting the hearing will need to ensure that both the fixed phone number and the phone conference ID are included in the notice of hearing section contained within your PDF document.

Finally, please note General Order 20-6 In re: Conducting Hearings Telephonically and Operations Update in Response to COVID-19 no longer applies and should not be included in hearing notices.
