The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma announces revised Local Rules, including Local Forms and Guidelines, go into effect on January 15, 2026.  The revised rules are available here.

Reminder:  ECF Guidelines (General Order 26-02) include an update providing that filers must contact chambers for authorization to file a generic motion using the miscellaneous relief motion event.  

The Court thanks the Local Rules Committee who volunteered their time and shared their insights, expertise, and suggestions to revise the rules.  Members of the Committee are David S.
