With Congress passing and the President signing a continuing resolution funding Judiciary operations through January 30, 2026, the Clerk’s Office for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma has resumed regular operations.  The intake counter for the Clerk’s Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
