On October 20, 2025, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma entered a shutdown phase as a result of a lapse in appropriations. Until further notice, the Court will only be able to execute specific tasks related to the management of bankruptcy cases as outlined in Miscellaneous Order 25-07. All court proceedings will continue to be held, CM/ECF is operational, and parties may continue to file documents with the Court. The intake counter of the clerk’s office will be closed each day from noon to 1:00 p.m.
