Effective Monday, November 10, 2025, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma will adjust its Clerk’s Office hours due to the lapse in appropriations. Until further notice, the Clerk’s Office intake counter will close daily at 3:00 p.m., and Clerk’s Office personnel will not be available to respond to telephone queries after 3:00 p.m.  The Clerk’s Office will also close daily at noon until 1:00 p.m.  During these closures, paper documents can be submitted at our drop box located directly outside the Clerk’s Office.  Our website will remain available, and it provides helpful information and resources.  Questions can be emailed to helpdesk@okwb.uscourts.gov, and the Clerk’s Office will endeavor to respond helpfully and timely.
