The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma has added Chapter 13 Bankruptcy petitions to the Electronic Self-Representation (also known as “eSR”) online tool.   eSR assists pro se debtors in preparing chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions for filing with the court without an attorney.  It is not available for attorneys or bankruptcy petition preparers and cannot be used for business or corporate bankruptcy filings.
