Motion for Discharge Pursuant to Section 1328(i)
On December 27, 2020, the Consolidated Appropriations Act created a new subsection (i) of Section 1328 of the Bankruptcy Code. This subsection permits a court to grant a chapter 13 debtor a regular discharge after considering certain factors outlined in Section 1328(i). This subsection is temporary and will end on December 27, 2021.

Supplemental Proof of Claim for CARES Forbearance Claim
The Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules has approved a new Director’s Form 4100S, Supplemental Proof of Claim for CARES Forbearance Claim. This new form is temporary and is effective through December 27, 2021.
