ASSISTANCE FOR FILING WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY (Pro-se)

When filing a petition pro se, the debtor must be physically present. If a petition is filed jointly, both debtors must be present. If a debtor is unable to come to the Court to file the petition for a physical reason, due to ill health or military service, the debtor should contact the Court for additional instructions.
