Pro Hac Vice

Admission Pro Hac Vice

An attorney may be granted temporary admission to practice in a pending bankruptcy or related proceeding pursuant to Local Rule 9010-1(G): “In addition, this court hereby adopts any local rules of the District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma concerning temporary admission Pro Hac Vice and requirements for association of local counsel.”  You may request to appear Pro Hac Vice by filing a written motion to appear pro hac vice and attaching a “Request for admission Pro Hac Vice” located here.  The procedure for admission pro hac vice in any case or proceeding in this Court can be found under Local Rule 9010-1(G) here.
