The Clerk’s Office for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma has some updates to share regarding (i) transcript requests, (ii) our support email address, and (iii) our support phone number.

Transcripts – To order a transcript of a hearing, you must complete and submit our Transcript-Multimedia Order Form.  In addition, for expedited, 7-day, 3-day, Next-day and Realtime transcript requests, you must contact the Clerk’s Office one week in advance of the hearing in order for us to coordinate transcription services.

Email – We have changed our support email address, from trainers@okwb.uscourts.gov to Helpdesk@okwb.uscourts.gov.  Please contact us at Helpdesk@okwb.uscourts.gov with any questions regarding CM/ECF, CM/ECF events, or general questions.

Telephone – We have changed our support telephone number to our Main telephone number, which is 405-609-5700.  Please contact us at our main telephone number with any questions regarding CM/ECF, CM/ECF events, and general questions.
