A new option is available for the payment of certain fees, including filing fee installments, searches, certified copies, exemplifications, recordings of hearings, and other fees. Instructions and a link to the Online Payment Form for this payment option may be viewed here.

By using the Online Payment Form, fees may be paid by debit card, bank account (ACH), or PayPal. If the ACH option is used, please pay close attention to your account information. If we receive a returned item, you will be charged a $53.00 returned item fee. Credit cards are not permitted under this new payment option.

The Online Payment Form cannot be used by CM/ECF filers for payments generated in CM/ECF. If you incur a fee through CM/ECF and try to make a payment through the Online Payment Form, your account will be locked out by the CM/ECF system and prevent you from filing anything. It is very important that you continue to pay your filing fees through CM/ECF as you have been and only use the Online Payment Form for fees that, until now, have been paid by mail, drop box, or at the intake counter.
