Electronic Case Filing Training Registration

Electronic Case Filing, or ECF, has arrived at the Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Oklahoma!  We offer two easy ways to become an E-filer.

Attorneys may be certified as E-filers by attending a class in the Court's training facility located at the Bankruptcy Court, 215 Dean A McGee Avenue (1st floor), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. The class is free for registrants who do not wish to obtain CLE credit.  For CLE credit, registrants must pay a fee of $40.00 (cash, check, or credit card) to the Oklahoma County Bar Association at the door.  Classes will be presented as reflected in the training schedule. Each attorney registrant is permitted to bring one staff member for training. Classes can accommodate 10 students.

Completion of the CBT (Computer Based Training) module is required before training. Please click here for the CBT link.

Attorneys may also be certified as E-filers if they have been certified to file electronically in another Bankruptcy Court and have successfully completed our Court’s certification module.  For additional information on this method of certification, please contact the trainers at trainers@okwb.uscourts.gov.
