Our Court's Mission                                     



                      Our mission as the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma is as follows:
to serve the public by resolving all matters referred to the Court in an efficient and timely manner; to supply prompt and accurate information in an understandable form; to respond to the needs of the entire community fairly and courteously; and to provide leadership in the administration of our justice system. We recognize the significance of bankruptcy proceedings and make every effort to demonstrate respect for the dramatic impact it has on the lives of the persons who experience it. We seek to inspire, in all those we serve, confidence in the competence, impartiality, and ethics of the entire Court.
