Procedures to file document:
- Enter case number
- Select generic document
- Place a check in the box if joint filing with other attorney(s)
- Select the party that the attorney represents (or add party if appropriate)
- Place a check in the box if associations should be made for the case between the parties
- Browse for the correct PDF and attach
- Note: Use of this event is strictly regulated by the Court. Misuse will result in corrective action.
- Place a check in the box for refer to existing events. To narrow the search field, enter filed between date range or document numbers
- Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates
- Select the appropriate radio button for with Certificate of Service or without
- Note states: Type the document information into the text box on the next screen.
- Enter any text in the box if appropriate
- Verify docket text is correct. If not, abort and begin again or use the back button to correct
- Submit transaction
