Procedures to file document:

1. Select Upload a Creditor Matrix file
2. Enter case number
3. Make sure you have saved the document in .txt: In word, the second save box, select txt doc, in Word Perfect, save as an ANSI Windows Text
4. Browse for the correct PDF
5. Submit
