6. Browse for the correct PDF and attach
7. Note states: Due to the security of this document, it needs to be filed separately from other documents
8. Note states: This information is CONFIDENTIAL. Do not Disclose!
9. Enter any text in the box if appropriate
10. Verify docket text is correct. If not, abort and begin again or use the back button to correct
11. Submit transaction
