Procedures to file document:
- Enter case number
- Select Declaration Concerning Schedules
- Place a check in the box if joint filing with other attorney(s)
- Select the party that the attorney represents (or add party if appropriate)
- Place a check in the box if associations should be made for the case between the parties
- Browse for the correct PDF and attach
- Place a check in the box for Refer to existing event(s). Select the category to which this event relates (or click and drag to select all categories-enter filed between dates or a range of document numbers)
- Select the appropriate event(s) to which the event relates
- Left click on the prefix box arrow to select any enhanced title for the title of the document (such as agreed, amended, etc) if needed
- Enter any text in the box if appropriate
- Verify docket text is correct. If not, abort and begin again or use the back button to correct
- Submit transaction
