Corrected Matrix

Procedures to file document:

  1. Enter case number
  2. Select Corrected Matrix
  3. Place a check in the box if joint filing with other attorney(s)
  4. Select the party that the attorney represents (or add party if appropriate)
  5. Place a check in the box if associations should be made for the case between the parties
  6. Browse for the correct PDF and attach (be sure to include the BNC return notice)
  7. Note states: Which will you be attaching as a PDF? Select radio button for BNC Bypass Notice or Returned Mail from the U.S. Postal Service reflecting new address
  8. Note states: Attach a PDF of the Bypass Notice or the returned envelope
  9. Browse for the correct PDF and attach
  10. Note states: Reminder-Upload the corrected creditor(s) in a txt format, by going to Creditor Maintenance/Upload
  11. Enter any text in the box if appropriate
  12. Verify docket text is correct. If not, abort and begin again or use the back button to correct
  13. Submit transaction
