Procedures to file document:
- Enter case number
- Select Compensation
- Place a check in the box if joint filing with other attorney(s)
- Select the party that the attorney represents (or add party if appropriate)
- Place a check in the box if associations should be made for the case between the parties
- Browse for the correct PDF and attach
- Note states: Does this pleading include a hearing date? If filing a separate notice of hearing, please check no. Select appropriate radio button for yes or no
- Note states: Hearing dates must be obtained from chambers staff
- If no hearing date, select Filer type, left click on the prefix box arrow for Type and select appropriate type. Enter Fee Request amount and/or Expense Request amount. If no type for Creditor, select Unknown/None
- If Yes to hearing date, select Filer type, left click on the prefix box arrow for Type and select appropriate type. Enter Fee Request amount and/or Expense Request amount. If not type for Creditor, select Unknown/None, and then enter Hearing Date, time, a.m./p.m., and left click on the prefix box arrow to select location of hearing
- Left click on the prefix box arrow to select any enhanced title for the title of the document (such as agreed, amended, etc) if needed
- Left click on the prefix box arrow to select Motion or Application
- Select the appropriate radio button(s) for with Brief in Support or with Certificate of Service if applicable
- Enter any text in the box if appropriate
- Verify docket text is correct. If not, abort and begin again or use the back button to correct
- Submit transaction
